My fears have been realised, I see Hans has teamed up with Uchida this week as the No1 seeds in the doubles, last weeks relationship with Farris a mere flirtation. Hey ho it was good while it lasted.

Farris has won by a walkover - not the way you want to win but, if it has to be, nice that it's against the fourth seed....

Pity, close one. It was an opportunity in a 25K after his walkover against the seed in R1 and consequently decent R2 draw.

Singles for the week now down to Jay and Suzy in Egypt.

Farris is such an interesting player to watch but seems to be going through a bad spell at the moment. Hope he can get out of the rut.
