But ended up losing 12-10 :(

Indeed Dabrowski not only went on to qualify, she has won the title, beating the top seed, Jennifer Elie, in the final. Emily looks to have done well to win 5 games.

Hopefully Emily will get stuck into a few more futures to get a good idea of her level in the professional game, however one looks at it prospectively or retrospectively she got a pig of a draw here and did pretty well.
