Came here to post the main draw but I can't find a thread with Friday's qualifying draw anywhere - apologies if there already is one and I've missed it.

R1: Marcelo Arevalo (ESA) & Brydan Klein CR 314 (140+174) vs (1) Brian Baker & Matt Reid (USA/AUS) CR 186 (82+104)
Not nice. Baker & Reid have had a share in challenger doubles titles over the last 3 weeks with different partners and both were at CHs in last Monday's rankings ( Baker at 31 and all he's been through ). Now this week they pair up. Hey, maybe they won't click together!
Edit ; updated to this week's rankings with Baker & Reid further raising their CHs.

Hmmph. You get a SE. You go all the way to Las Vegas. And you get drawn against the top seed in doubles and the second seed in singles. That said, Tiafoe is still uneven. And having watched a bit here and there of the Matt Reid/JP Smith partnership, I think that Smith is the stronger of the two. But Baker is really good.
Edit: It seems to be a thing for young players and SEs this week. Tsitsipas (Morocco finalist) got an SE into Brest ... and is against Jeremy Chardy (1) in the first round. Maxime Janvier (who won Morocco) also got an SE into Brest ... and drew Nedovyesov in the first round ... and the winner of Chardy/Tsitsipas in the second round.

Noticed a LL place in the draw. Someone please remind me if it's a draw for Challengers, or if Lloyd is now in as 1st quali seed, irregardless of result.
