The first four games of the match were breaks, then McPhee held and broke to go 4-2 up but Katy then broke back to love and she has now won 4 games in a row to take the 1st set 6-4

Katy ended up winning 8 games in a row from 2-4 down in the 1st set before McPhee held serve for only the second time in the match - 6-4 *4-1

Now it was McPhee's turn to nearly win 4 games in a row - Katy saved at least one break point serving at 6-2 *3-4

Having eventually held serve in that game, Katy is now 'receiving for the match' and has a match point ... saved

Now another ... taken, to win 4 & 3

Katy really is due a good run of results as her ranking has slipped again and she may not even be seeded next week. Must win match.

Was 0-3 down, and then *6-4 up, but Katy can't bag a very close first set 6-7(6)

Cabrera went on to win the title, so that loss wasn't nearly as bad as it looked.
