Not sure what is going on in Belarus unless they have completely changed the order of play. Play should have started about an hour ago with 3 singles matches and then a doubles on each court. However, they appear to have started with the doubles.

Jonny & Scott a set and a break up at 6-3 *1-0

The order of play on the ITF page says the doubles matches will be played indoors, starting at 16:00 - guess outside courts are delayed from their 15:30 start.

Guessing the singles was rained off in that case.
