It's certainly annoying when this happens and while I would personally be inclined towards a rule that prevents it I don't really blame him for what he has done. It was his original intent to play challenger qualifying over these few weeks but he has been getting battered on a weekly basis so going back to the futures to get a few wins is understandable.

Really tough luck for Neil. He has just tweeted:

Unfortunately had to withdraw during my match. Tripped over a divot in the court and tweaked my groin. Going to get some treatment and rest

As for Toby, it's just good to see him back on court after all the issues he has had.
