Well well. Kyle is having a go at doubles with his old junior partner. Having won a couple of Junior slams together, then why not, I guess.

Another nice first round draw for Kyle and if he makes it through he has half a chance because you never know what you going to get from Paire.

The draw seems to have been rejigged a bit & the Spaniards are down to play a pair of as yet unknown alternates.

R1:  Jonathan Erlich (ISR) & Colin Fleming CR 107 (46+61) vs Marin Draganja & Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi (CRO/PAK) CR 172 (123+49)

Great to see Kyle playing some doubles and as stated he has some excellent pedigree as a junior, Fredericos game has also kicked on a bit (259) with 4 futures wins last year and another couple this. Good luck to them, I hope they enjoy it.

I've always felt a bit of an extra bias toward Kyle and FFS - as my wife, like Kyle, was born in South Africa but lives in Yorkshire, and like FFS her family are Portuguese and she has Ferreira in her surname. Vamos Freddie e Kedders!

First minor set back for Kyle as DGT gets one of the breaks back. But Kyle still leads 5-2*

Needs to up his 1st serve %age though from just 31%
