The boys finally get on court & earn a welcome "reunion win"!

A couple of match points spurned in the MTB, but they got the job done in the end.

*****

QF:  (WC) Edoardo Eremin & Lorenzo Sonego (ITA/ITA) CR 1286 (767+519) vs (2) Ken Skupski & Neal Skupski CR 159 (77+82)

Can't beat a bit of Thin Lizzy ! Great win after a period of not playing together. I hope they won't be too disheartened for their quarter final match after LFC get hammered tonight in the derby.

Really good win over a definitely potential banana-skin pair.

Just thought I would "quote" this post before you were tempted to delete or modify the original wink

Hope the guys go easy on you over the next couple of days and that they are inspired to take another title this week.  They need to at least make the final to improve their rankings as their 18th scorer is already a 33 pointer.

Did the reds win the derby ? It's all about the Fa Cup.

and 5-1 down in the MTB, so a real gutsy effort.

Good on them.  Wasn't aware of that:  the action unfolded as I was on my way home.  Perhaps they're starting to find their feet again.  Let's hope so anyway.

After two very tight wins, this time the result goes the wrong way as the guys lose 12-10 in the MTB.

Off to ATP in Munich next week for them.
