I see that the doubles top seeds are Mergea & Tecau, the Romanians teaming up at home and no doubt some Olympic practice.

Their normal partners, Bopanna & Rojer, have meantime teamed up in Barcelona. Assume for now that this is a one-off, although Rojer & Tecau, an enduring partnership, have been well off their normal form with Bopanna & Mergea rather struggling too..
