Amanda playing doubles with Alice again this week.

I think it's safe to say now, after 16 consecutive tournaments together dating back to June last year, that Alice has definitely replaced Ximena Hermoso as Mandy's regular partner of choice.
Mandy never used to even play the doubles unless Ximena was present, and now that is the case with Alice, if they're not there together, they each skip the doubles.

I just had a look and it appears that Mandy hasn't played with Ximena since 2013! You're way behind the times on this one.

19 times Mandy & Alice have played together in total now!
Sometimes there's a whole lot of story in that '+'.

Boualem got to a 10K final recently in Turkey, but lost 6-2 6-3 to Gabi Taylor in R1 in Palmanova last week.

Amanda & Alice must really enjoy each others company to play so often together, because, honestly, they don't have a great deal of success as a pair
Understandably today, however, against the second seeds.

At present - as far as I know - they train in the same place and play the same events so it would make sense for them to work as a team in doubles rather than trying find a partner when they turn up. They have won a few 10ks in their time. I think Alice  is the taller one.

Both are currently struggling in the singles and have had a bad start to the year.
