Tara and Conny to play their R1 Doubles against Alize Lim and partner. Alize + her then Itallian partner withdrew from the SF last week in Rio enabling them to enter the final.

Luck. What goes around, comes around.

Tara's q3 match has started.

*4-4 with 3 breaks apiece.

While clearly breaks of serve are very much more common in the women's game, for someone of around her ranking Tara's general break of serve stats must be right up there as around the best ( with the other side, of course, her broken stats among the worst ).

So many indications that her general play is far outstripping her ranking and how a better, more reliable serve would make tennis life so very much better.
