L32:  (4) Alex Ward WR 329 defeated Mario Vilella (ESP) WR 526 by 6-0 4-6 7-6(6)

Alex served for the match at 5-3 in the decider & squandered a couple of match points to take the twelfth game.  It took him quite some time (two hours & 41 minutes in all) to shake the tenacious little blighter off!
