R2: (7) Mirabelle Njoze WR 629 beat (WC) Miranda Ramirez (USA) UNR , 16 yo 6-4 6-1

QF: (7) Mirabelle Njoze WR 629 vs (3) Jelena Simic (BIH) WR 495 (CH 485 last month)

14th successive 10K QF at least for Mirabelle with her twice going onto the SF in that run. She's not down for Tunisia next week so if this is her sign off for the year it would be great to do it with a big run.

Not that unexpectedly, the higher-ranked girl takes the second set 6-2 (she was always a break up in the first too, a bit 'unlucky' really to lose it, although Mirabelle did so well to hang in there)
