2nd set down an early break. Recovered to 2-2. Then down 2-5. Got a break back then broken to lose the match. Both players struggled to win points behind their 2nd serve in the 2nd set. Katy's much lower first serve percentage left her far more vulnerable.
Her trip started solidly with a 15K SF and 25K QF, then she had a loss to a tough 1st round opponent and followed that with a 2nd round loss to the same player - the last 2 weeks have been a bit disappointing though.
Looking at her twitter, I'm not sure she's in a great place at the moment.

Sounds like something in her personal life may be having an impact on her tennis. Hopefully some TLC back in Britain and she'll be back to her best ASAP.
Yes you are right PT the trip started well but then Katy had a run of tough draws (which will have taken the wind out of her sails, no doubt); she has missed decent chances more recently, though, to add to her points tally hence my feeling that the trip has tailed off disappointingly. As you say, it looks like she needs to get home and recharge her batteries.
