She lost 1&1. When one relies only on the scoreboard without actually watching a match, results at times are baffling . Wasn't expecting this one. But then again, that is tennis . There are no certainties.

She has played a lot and is travelling back from the Far East.

Needs a proper rest after the 3 UK events.

She's had terrible results for a few months now, well below the standard she was hitting at the start of the year. Hopefully a rest is the answer.

Harriet is certainly on a bit of a bad run so the result is disappointing, but not a huge shock. The scoreline is rather, while accepting bare scorelines can often exaggerate differences.

Hope she can get things back on track, maybe now more in the new season.
