Even now her ranking is up, Mirabelle seems to get bad draws every time. She could potentially have only had to beat someone ranked about 480 to get into the main draw, but has drawn someone ranked 280! Oh well, if she makes it through then at least she's earned it!

Yep - that has been her bitter medicine since I started following her - regardless, she has managed her way through to where she is and importantly without the help of wild cards, so she is not doing badly at all (will toughen her up and stand her in good stead long term).
