It's a tough draw all around; if she gets past Min, she gets Shelby Rogers (or Chanel Simmonds). Ms Broady has a qualifier first, but her next opponent is either Julie Coin or the returning Vania King. And Ms Brogan's FQR would, in all likelihood, be against Robin Anderson, who is very underranked. Upsets welcome!

On a happier note, this is the tournament at which Ms Duval is returning to the tour.

Just on the basic details re her opponent's age and senior and junior CHs it had the look of a potentially tough match and so it's proving.
