Actually, CD, I think you'll find that Riba's CH was 65 in May 2010.  81 in June that year is his doubles CH.

Opening post duly edited.  We seem to be making a right dog's breakfast of the "stats" this morning! 

don't know why the ATP seems to "choose" the higher ranking of singles and doubles on a player homepage - even though a player ranked similarly for each is v much likely to be a "singles player".
not even obvious if its singles or doubles selected either...!

And after all, a not unsurprising result:
