Anna was up 4-1* in the second set but it's now set all, 6-0 4-6

From dipping in and out of the scores there seemed to be a lot of tight games in the second set and Anna won most of the early ones, but latterly kept being edged out.

I really feel for Anna. She lost the third 6 - 1.

I wonder what happened. Did Alina suddenly raise her game or find how to play Anna or did Anna's game deteriorate for some reason?

I just think Anna's relative in experience took its toll, Alina has played close to 50 10Ks or better

I didn't follow the first or last sets, but as I said was kind of following the middle set. And although the game scoreline from 4-1* to 4-6 seems fairly dramatic the points scoring didn't have the appearance of a sudden or dramatic shift. Lots of tight deuce games throughout the set ( I think from memory Anna came back from 0-40 at *3-1 to hold then lost a very long game at 4-1* and the last 4 games of that set were generally close ).

So there it turned, with no evident sudden collapse. As I say I didn't follow the third set at all, so don't know how close the games were there, but no doubt a fair amount of confidence had been gained and drained.
