I thought if you put on a 15k event(Dublin) you had to put on two in a row? Only appears to be one event in Ireland.

updated again - Milton has made the challenger main draw. A few notable absentees since last updating - JWH, Hoyt, Moore

Canada ladies tournament looks weak with Jo and Naomi both likely to be seeded and Dublin men and Canada men also looking very weak

Laura I'm guessing will either emerge this week, or more probably the week after.

Subject to wildcards - Marcus should be top seed in Dublin with Dan Smethurst, Tom Farquharson and Dan Evans all seeded. I'm expecting the winner to come out of these four.

Isn't Hugo Nys still entered ? He's listed as the top seed on the acceptance list on the ITF page (with Marcus as number 2).

The acceptance list determines who gets into the draw based on rankings when the list comes out, but not seedlings. The seedings are based on the rankings from the week before the tournament  i.e. for Dublin the current 13/07 rankings.

Marcus is WR 381, Hugo is WR 410, so Marcus will be seeded higher.

I suspect that you know that really

Cheers, Indy !

Am having a 'uh, duh, yes, of course' moment

Hoping it's linked to be being late at night but amazing, really, the things that come in the head and take up permanent residence and those that are just there on a temporary visa . . .

Marcus will not be top seed - he has withdrawn this morning. Jonny O'Mara has also withdrawn, so the field really is weak for a 15K. Just 2 players ranked inside the top 500 at acceptance time.

Hope Marcus is OK.

Strange, otherwise, why you'd withdraw from a really pretty weak, local-ish 15k . . .

(unless there's some Aegon team stuff going on?)

Is James likely to be given a Tuesday start in Bogota? Hard to see him doing much otherwise.

i'd hope so - worth him playing as reasonable chance he'll be seeded!

Judging from the tweets flying around, I would say there is good chance Kyle will show up in Binghamton as well.

Kyle was given a wildcard into Binghamton on the 15th July, according to the site, along with all the US youngsters, Tommy Paul, Opelka and Rubin
