I've recently got into following tennnis a bit more after last years Wimbledon and then following mens Challenger tournaments. Something captured my imagination, even though I'd seen Wimbledon plenty of times before. I've only played the sport casually with friends, never been a member of a club. I don't know loads about the technical aspects opposed to someone who has been coached and such, but I've enjoyed reading up on the sport and keeping abreast of a few of the British players. Following this board has helped make things a lot more interesting.
Echoed. You're doomed spent some of this morning in a Starbucks outside Jacksonville watching Kyles glorious fixture, I would suggest you stay clear of the junior posts that's when things get really sad ( fraid it is inevitable but you have been warned). It is however an excellent diversion when life gets very busy and you need to step out do to speak for 20 minutes.
But at least you'll never be responsible for the 'Pointless' answer of Jade Windley, Sam Murray, Amanda Carreras etc. when the audience were asked to name a GB woman tennis player in the top 500 !!!!
And at some point in january you will definitely decide that waking up at 4am to watch james ward in an australian challenger round1 on livestream is a good idea as you jave just had a 4/5week hiatus fron tennis. Ward will probably lose and youwill more than likely fall asleep at work but not regret it haha. Welcome to the board
