All the girls in the top half, but none drawn against the other in round 1.

Em is top seed and plays Fuentes (MEX)

Katie gets the 7th seed from Egypt, Abou Zekry and Dasha gets Reddy.

Aimee and Dasha playing doubles (not together)

Oh ffs bleh

Lapko in the second round and, if she gets through that, Puchkova in the quarters (or maybe Katie!). By far the toughest quarter in the draw featuring the only unseeded players in the field of any real quality (after top 10 junior Vondrousova pulled out late).

Not going to be an easy week for Em to string a few wins together at all, will need to play very well.

Sadly back to business as usual for Danielle with a 61 60 loss. But at least the losing streak was broken and she got through a couple of matches without retiring!

Em misses a set point and is broken, but has two more at *5-4

First set in the bag, 6-4.

Got tighter at the end there than it needed to be, but she closed it out. Hope she can push on.

Em serves two doubles and despite saving two break points is broken on the third

1-3*

Fuentes holds from 0-30. *1-4, getting nervous now!
