Interesting Liam playing the Israel 10K.

Our on the spot Davis Cup reporter had already gleaned from Liam that he was going to play some futures so no huge surprise.

Hats off to Miami who have given wildcards to players from practically every country APART from the US:

Main draw women's wild cards: CiCi Bellis, Indy de Vroome of the Netherlands, Nicole Vaidisova of the Czech Republic, Sorana Cirstea of Romania, Natalia Vikhlyantseva of Russia and Paula Badosa of Spain.

Main draw men's wild cards: world No. 1 junior Andrey Rublev of Russia, Hyeon Chung of Korea, Kyle Edmund of Great Britain and Ryan Harrison.

 updated

I'll run through the future acceptances later as both Ed and Dan S have withdrawn from Shrewsbury

I'd expect Neil to get a wildcard if he doesn't make the main draw automatically, he could get a SE anyway if he wins tomorrow.

Evan tweets that he's withdrawn from Shrewsbury in order to prepare well for his trip to Sardinia. So no injuries or anything from the sound of it . . .

For " in order to prepare well for his trip to Sardinia", read "in order to watch the 6 nations rugby" wink

Well, his men did really well but it's all gone a bit pear-shaped since then. David O'Hare and James McGee and Sam Barry are now the ones sitting pretty . ..   although watch this space . . .
