 some see it as gold and white or blue and black.  some see it as both.

Its blue and black unless you put it on a very bright white background.

Well, Jade Windely won this in the GB women players twitterfest !

She was the only one who saw it as blue and black (as confirmed) - all the others (that I saw) went for gold and white.

Don't know whether to be despondent that such a lot of effort was expended over the colour of one dress. Or delighted in the power and the social reach of the net, and the fact that a non-violent, non-celeb, ''normal' bit of trivia can unite everyone so firmly.

I saw this somewhere else yesterday. Sitting at the self-same computer, only minutes apart, on the first link I saw it was blue and black. On another link, at first, for a few seconds it was white and gold, then it changed to blue and black. I flipped between the two links a few times - but never got the white and gold again!  Very weird.
