For a fair few of them - Jo, Heather and Laura the question is who is going to fall quickest down the rankings? Or will - can - Jo and Heather pull their seasons together pretty sharpish? They both drop a significant amount of points during grass season and for me.personally, I don't think they will defend them.
Will Naomi be GB no.1 or will one of Gabi or a Katy/Katie have an inspired run?
After last week's falls, it's good to see more upward than downward creep this week, with EWS climbing 74 places and our previously unranked Emma shown as having climbed 9114 places! I won't see to try and explain where that number comes from - the lowest ranked woman is only 1275 (and is Vania King for some reason).
This week we actually just squeak 25 players within the top 1000, but it won't last long as Olivia is no longer playing singles.
I wish it was possible to insert an excel table into here more easily. Blob seemed to have found a way to do it but I haven't yet. Anyway, here are this week's post French Open and Surbiton women's GB rankings. I've listed everyone who currently has a ranking so you can see who they are. There is no change in any of the relative GB positions, which is unusual, with Nell Miller having a new ranking at the end. There are more with falling world rankings than rising but in most cases not by much. Gabi and Katie S see the biggest rises this week, and Gabi, Katie S, Emma, Alice Gillan and Nell, have new CHs.

(Edit: Even most of the painstaking reformatting I did before posting has been lost when I posted, but this will have to suffice for now. Hope the columns are readable.)

I wish it was possible to insert an excel table into here more easily.
Doesn't directly address the issue, but can't you take a screenshot of the (relevant bit of the) excel table and then upload a picture?
Edit: PS: there must be some sort of mistake in that data, as none of those numbers are even close to resembling my predictions. At least some of the names are the same, though.
Edit 2: Put your money where your mouth is, smart-aleck:

I thought of that, and did take a screenshot... but so far haven't worked out how to upload it because just copying and pasting doesn't work. Sorry, a bit technologically challenged here, but I will fiddle later with the advanced editor settings and see if I can work out a way to upload/ paste something that is more in the original format.

The data is accurate though, checked with today's WTA rankings, if you have the columns sorted correctly.

Sorry to side track the thread: but (as above) if you click on the "Attach Image(s)" button (below the area that you type your response into), then you can navigate to the image file on your computer; then you get the option to "insert into text area". Then you can preview to see you haven't done something wrong before hitting "submit".
(edit) Weird some of this formatting but never mind will keep experimenting. Thought I had the table format sorted there, but as soon as I submitted it, the formatting disappeared once more! Will do the screenshot next time.

Yes, I tried posting my table giving percentage improvements since the end of last year but every way I tried resulted in a rejection or garbled format. Someone managed to post it for me once but having tried several times to find a way of posting updated versions I have had to admit defeat.
