It would also be interesting to see a weekly summary taken for the whole grass court season to date (as opposed to the last calendar week), starting from the rank positions pre-Surbiton?

Perhaps, other sections of the tennis calendar could be given rhe same treatment too?

Thanks for the link, Strongbow. The latest table there shows very nicely how the rankings could develop for the GB women over the next couple of months. I'll be sure to keep an eye open for updates to that thread, in future.

The thing I was thinking was to tie the figures to the particular tennis season, ie. cumulative ranking change for the grass season, or for the clay season, or the early hard court season, or the late hard court season.

Congratulations to Jodie on entering the Top 100 for the first time at WR98 and almost certainly securing her place in the US Open main draw (this weeks rankings are used for main draw entry). Katie Boulter also moves up to a new career high of WR73. Otherwise not much change in our top 10.

The other big news this week is Hannah Klugman gaining a WTA ranking for the first time at WR1095. She is not only the youngest person with a WTA ranking, but the only 14 year old to have a WTA ranking - the next youngest is Julia Stusek who turned 15 on 30 June. Mimi Xu also re-enters the rankings as she leaves the National Academy at Loughborough and having done her GCSEs and moving on the Pro Scholarship Programme [presumably] becomes a full-time tennis player. Unfortunately Emily Webley-Smith's regaining of a WTA ranking is short lived as she drops out of the rankings, leaving us with 42 ranked women.

As well as Jodie, Katie B and Hannah K, there are new career highs for Isabelle Lacy, Millie Rajecki, Kristina Paskauskas and Alisha Reayer

I think it's their website. It briefly shows the correct date then reverts to last week.

It is still showing Katie B as down 2 to 76 and Jodie up 1 to 94
