H2H 1-0 - Amanda won 5 & 4 in the SFs in Vinaròs two weeks ago. So yes, she beat today's and tomorrow's opponents back to back on her way to the title there, she is just meeting them both a round earlier this time!

Mandy broke Stokke in the 1st game, was in trouble in the next game but held. She then made in roads on the Norweigian's service game, but Melanie held.

Amanda's foot speed and movement in general is phenomenal. Her forehand is a weapon, and she's hit some lovely cross court forehands, some on the stretch or on the run. Her backhand is less potent though she can hit a nice slice (as you'd imagine). I can, however, imagine bigger hitters taking advantage of her serve.
