From the above article..... "With the LTA deciding to deploy their specialist doubles coach Louis Cayer in a broader role, the top British players have had to invest in other coaching help."
Just wondering if this has coincided with the general slide of all our doubles teams throughout this year? Doesn't seem to have been a particularly good year for anyone - has this been a factor?
Thoughts and comments??

Have heard very good things about Louis Cayer, and I would have thought that there would be a full time role in doubles for someone proving a great asset in that role. I wonder what his broader role is now - logically, of course, it should be something that will overall benefit British tennis more. Got to wonder though how coincidental the marked fall away in doubles has been.
