There was an outbreak of walkover disease in the Michalovce doubles competition yesterday, four of them to be precise, & Andy & Jack were the beneficiaries of one them, though their quarter-final opponents actually had to play a match! wink  That said, they thoughtfully despatched the third seeds, Kalenichenko & Milko...

R1:  Andrew Bettles & Jack Carpenter UNR "defeated" Michal Dembek & Diogo Lourenço (POL/POR) UNR by a walkover

Jack gets his revenge on Marek in the doubles:

And in the semis they get a WC pair who only won their QF 1-0 retired !
