Clara is 16 and based in Scotland.  She has been playing a few BTs this year, losing 1, 1 to Camille Verden-Anderson (1 of our good but low profile juniors), 3, 0 and 3, 1 to Charlotte Pearce, and 0,3 to Mariam Bolkvadze (Middlesex and Georgia!).  Whilst as optimistic as my tag suggests, I'm not sure she'll find a 100k the most enjoyable experience.

When I look at the LTA bonus top-up system sheet, it seems to read (if I'm right) that a woman making it into the FQR of a 100k gets no bonus from the LTA, but a man making it into the FQR of a 35k Challenger gets £300.

Is this right ? i.e. have I read it right?

Because that doesn't seem to make sense at all - in fact, definite gender discrimination . . . ?
