Real shame for the younger Brits, particularly Katie to get such difficult draws. I had high hopes for Katy picking up a win, maybe even two, here but with the leg injury and that draw it's a big ask.
I'd fancy a fit Lisa to take out Kovinic on grass but it's probably too early in her combeack. Em's opponent hasn't played on grass since 2011, but she will still need to play above herself.
Realistically, if we got 1 through and the kids were competitive and learnt lots from the experience it wouldn't be a bad day, although it's nice to dream of some big upsets!

Katie and Katy might make it I think one will plus I have a feeling Em might as well she couldn really have got a better draw. The rest I can't see winning a set but good luck of course.
Whatever happens now both these young girls are doing themselves very proud. You feel that at some point Arvidsson is going to dig in and find a way back into this match but Gaby is really showing her promise.
Freya is understandably struggling to make inroads on Kudryatseva's service games, but she came through a couple of very tough service games to keep that first set so close and will hopefully be absorbing every moment in to assist in her development.
