I think Hev is still down in quallies for the Portugal open next week.

yes daniilidou actualy replaced hev. no word on hevs absence

will this be the week for joko? shes in the same section as top qualie seed pironkova so itll be tough
the rest look beatable by an on form joko though: morderger (WC), barbieri, siegemund, zaja (WC), Hesse

hesse likely to be the next round if joko does get through eleni

12 hours after play first began in Stuttgart today, Joko should finally get on court in the next ten minutes or so.
A long day already then, waiting around. Hopefully it won't phase Jo.

Good comfortable win, Joko should get through the next qualifier fairly comfortably, although the final quali will be tough. I wouldn't be surprised if that is against Barbieri.

QR2: (q8) Johanna Konta WR 117 v (wc) Anna Zaja (GER) WR 345 (CH 312 in 2013)

Zaja is the player who beat Amanda Carreras 2 & 2 in the QFs in Heraklion a couple of weeks ago

Bit of a surprise, Zaja overturning Hesse from a set down - she lost to her in February 0 & 3.
Hopefully she's not a player with streaks of hot form.

Even so, Jo must have every chance of progressing if she plays to anywhere near her norm, or the level she seems to have showed today.
