Papageorgiou was the player who lost 3 & 1 to Jessica Simpson in R1 last week.

QF: (2) Amanda Carreras WR 395 v (8) Pernilla Mendesova (CZE) WR 545 (CH 518 last Aug)

Mendesova is 19 and was a top 70 junior when she was 16. She has already reached one 10K final and another SF this year.
