Well he hasn't been too lucky with the draw. His unranked opponent has a career high inside the top 600.

Akkoyun played doubles with Zorlu against Colin and Ken in the Davis Cup tie in Eastbourne in 2010. I think he may have been the player one of our group spotted smoking outside the Turkish team hotel LOL

In fact, he has won 37 Davis Cup rubbers during his career (19-18 in singles, 18-9 in doubles), though virtually all in Group III.

I'd really like to see Jonny O'Mara fit and well for a sustained period and play a good batch of tournaments to get some idea where he is at. Pretty unclear for now.

Would be good to see Alex Jhun progressing. Certainly seems to be a determined character.
