Hey

Hey guys,

Been a long time lurker and only recently decided that I should join up and get more involved.

First off I think a big well done should go out to all you guys that maintain the site, track the results, databases etc etc, its super helpful to people like me that like to keep track of all the brits but don't have time to actively follow every day.

A little about me, I was a decent junior a few years ago but a football injury put an end to that, only managed to play a handful of times in the last 2 years but hopefully ill be able to step up my return after christmas and start playing club tennis atleast again. However, it is nice to see some of the guys playing futures that i've played against myself in juniors over the years :)

Thats it for now anyway

Tom

Welcome to the board, tommymac.

Perhaps you can even enter a few Futures qualies once you're fit!

Thanks for the warm welcomes everybody. Although it would be nice I feel giving a shot at some futures qualies are a little optimistic considering my 14year old self would probably still be able to beat me smile  Looking forward to a big 2014 for british tennis imo

Quick question when your in a sub forum, for example "Junior Tennis", instead of clicking on a thread and scrolling through the posts that you may have already read is there a button which takes you to the first unread post? tyia

Unfortunately not.

The best Activeboard offers is if you click on Recent Posts, threads which have new posts since you were last on the board are shown in bold type - but you have to search for where to start!

If you increase the number of posts per page to 50 in your settings, it makes it easier, as in most case, you'll only need to read the last page to catch up.

Ahh thats a shame, but yeah increased to 50 posts per page makes things abit easier on the laptop but its still annoying when browsing on the phone haha
