If anyone has better eyesight than me, Liam has tweeted a picture of the MD.

From what I can make out, Liam is seeded 3 and plays a qualifier.
JWH is in the 3rd quarter and plays an unranked qualifier
Scott Clayton appears to have made it through and will play the 8th seed
Jonny O'Mara plays a WC (Steele, I think)
Evan has also made it through and avoided a seed
Luke is in the top section of the draw and avoids a seed but would play Nş1 seed in L16
Toby is also in the top section of the draw with a potential L16 v Scott Clayton (if they could both win.

SO the good news appears to be that both qualifiers make it through and again we have avoided any all GB match ups in the L32

Gaps denote a new quarter of the draw (there are no Brits in the bottom quarter):

L32: Luke Bambridge WR 884 v Igor Smilansky (ISR) WR 733 (= CH) - H2H 0-1, 3 sets, 2 weeks ago
L32: Toby Martin WR 1038 v Or Ram-Harel (ISR) WR 854 (CH 838 in Jun) - H2H 1-0, 6 & 0, Ashkelon 2012
L32: (Q) Scott Clayton WR 1459 v (8) Markos Kalovelonis (GRE) WR 724 (= CH, beat Jonny 1 & 2 in Ramat H.)

L32: (4) Liam Broady WR 569 v (Q) Mor Bulis (ISR) WR 1609 (CH 1475 in May)
L32: (Q) Evan Hoyt WR 1389 v Alon Elia (ISR) WR 1263 (CH 1250 in Sep, lost 1 & 0 to Richard G in Turkey last month)

L32: (7) Josh Ward-Hibbert WR 695 v (Q) Lance Cohen (RSA) UNR (25yo, never ranked, lost 1 & 4 to Liam in Ramat H.)
L32: Jonny O'Mara WR 1047 v (WC) Saar Steele (ISR) WR 1596 (CH 1005 in 2012)

Evan: "Qualified for the 3rd week in a row in Israel...pleasant surprise not to have drawn Michal Schmid for once! :) #gratefulLad"

Although we know the result, here are the scores :

FQR : Evan Hoyt WR 1389 def. (WC) Yankel Zemel (ISR) UNR age 15 6-2 6-1

FQR : Scott Clayton WR 1459 def. Edan Bakshi (ISR) UNR age 15 6-0 6-1

In the doubles, only Scott and Toby are playing (and are number 2 seeds)
No sign of the others.
All done enough doubles ? Don't want to stay later in the week if they lose the singles ?

Here's what I think has happened (with LLs swapped in and today's rankings) - given the number of LLs in and some crazy results, there must be a bug going round or something like that, but nevertheless, a big win for Scott

Today:

L32: Toby Martin WR 1003 beat (LL) Shahar Elbaz (ISR) WR 1803 (WR 1594 in Jun) by 1 & 2 smile
L32: (Q) Scott Clayton WR 1471 beat (8) Markos Kalovelonis (GRE) WR 731 (CH 724 last week) by 2-6 6-4 7-5 biggrin
L32: (Q) Evan Hoyt WR 1410 lost to (LL) Daniel Skripnik (ISR) WR 1670 (CH 1065 in 2012) by 3 & 0 bleh
L32: (7) Josh Ward-Hibbert WR 689 lost to (Q) Lance Cohen (RSA) UNR (25yo, never ranked) by 3 & 4 bleh

Tuesday:

L32: Luke Bambridge WR 884 v Igor Smilansky (ISR) WR 721 (= CH) - H2H 0-1, 3 sets, 2 weeks ago
L32: (4) Liam Broady WR 571 v (Q) Mor Bulis (ISR) WR 1309 (= CH, up 300 this week)
L32: Jonny O'Mara WR 1022 v (WC) Saar Steele (ISR) WR 1611 (CH 1005 in 2012)

R2:

L16: Toby Martin WR 1003 v (Q) Scott Clayton WR 1471

Jonny: "lunch at the club a definite no go. All players had it and struggled for a day. We are all ready and fighting again though"

Edit: Interesting addition ...

"3 of the withdrawals I know are from injuries. So 3 LLs are injuries. I just know few guys around are feeling dodgy through lunch"

So it's just a coincidence that there were so many LLs and other players were feeling under the weather - the LLs (or most of them) weren't linked to the dodgy food.

Thanks for the link CD.

Scott lost the first set 6-2 but won the second set 6-4. Good effort. Into a decider.
