Nice Break and consolidation there. We do support Marcus, but support must not be unquestioning.

There's a ten minute 'heat' rule i.e. you're allowed ten minutes before a third set if temperatures are above whatever the set temperature is (can't remember exactly but somewhere in the thirties).

2013 a Record year will move forward & consolidate in 2014

Disappointed ? no because another point a another step forward the year has gone beyond our wildest dreams The target by nov 2013 was only 31 points . After the huge success in the first QTR 2013 change the target to 95 points & a ranking in the 300s

We will focus on the positives another point record 94 points so smashed our initial annual 2013 target of 31 points by 200% & 1 point away from achieving 2013 goals .

If I had gone on about Marcus's weight during last 9 months I do think we would not have achieved a record year as an manager/mentor I prefer to focus on the positives and help  build confidence and morale .

Marcus has now approached me and asked me to organise an intensive fitness program  . It's been arranged and we have procured 3 different specialist coaches that will start working with Marcus after the end of the series of midland futures .

I appreciate the constructive criticism and I can assure the genuine supporters  it's being addressed .

A1, you sound as though you think Marcus lost the TB ? (talk of not being disappointed because at least he's got another point?)

NO, NO, he's still in it - and 3-0 up ! Get your game face back on - the boy's going to win :)

Thanks , I misunderstood in a business meeting but I hope my previous comments demonstrates that our shared culture is one based on motivation ( not de-motivation ) , team work & mutual respect .

I thinks it's totally inappropriate to consistently go on about somebodys weight particularly on a public forum - in fact I think it's out of order !!!

If he is overweight and he's climbed 600 places this year what are the Slim guys that are sponsored by Aegon doing wrong ?

 With respect sir.

Have a look back. I have mentioned Marcus' weight a total of once. One single lonely time. An individual post. A sole piece.

This is not "consistently going on".

Now I have made my point once I won't mention it again.

If only all of us had this quality.

I know Onishi is just a kid (in fact I believe he's the player managed by Redfoo from LMFAO), but I'm still very happy to say that Marcus appears to have outlasted him and is now sprinting to the line!

6-0 final set. Go team Willis!

Looks like the youngster had his chance, served for the match at 6-5 in the second, missed his first serves, served a DF, Marcus broke and that was the end of that . . . Marcus wins the third set 6-0 !!!! Ken is obviously a very talented junior - it's all a learning curve for him.
Well done to the Brit.

(NB Lewis has started his match too but he's got the number two seed so it won;t be dead easy . . .)
