Evo looking decent on serve, this match is very finely balanced though. Trying to dispel the nagging worry that Nishikori might suddenly up his game, but maybe that won't make a difference!

What a passing shot from Evo at full stretch on the run, door ajar at 0-15. Dubious line call on a big forehand from Dan and its 15-15. Another one next point but the umpire steps in and Dan is just 2 points away from a 2 set lead at 15-30.

Woweeee! I only have a quarter of an eye on this match now, because relatives turned up without warning - so I'm being rude enough to keep an eye on the computer regardless.

Can't believe what I'm seeing! If anyone ever needed more proof of dans talent then surely this is it.

Dans composure has been awesome. My personal highlight all far was the game he broke to take the 1st set 6-4, awesome stretch volley.

I'm really starting to belief we are witnessing Evans make his breakthrough now.
