Another new partner for Jamie D (Matt Ebden's in Atlanta...), though a pretty decent one (WR 87), at least on clay - & another rotten draw. At leaset the other Jamie's sticking with JP for now:
R1: (1) Daniele Bracciali & Filip Polasek (ITA/SVK) CR 88 vs Facundo Bagnis (ARG) & Jamie Delgado CR 169 R1: (3) Jamie Murray & John Peers (AUS) CR 122 vs Paul-Henri Mathieu & Sergiy Stakhovsky (FRA/UKR) UNR (thanks to PHM)

QF: (3) Jamie Murray & John Peers (AUS) CR 122 vs Roberto Bautista & Daniel Gimeno (ESP/ESP) CR 470
On the face of it a good chance for Jamie & John to reach the semis, but the Spaniards took out Kas & Marach (CR 143) by 6-3 4-6 [15-13] a short while ago...

Haha at set point to Delgado/Bagnis a linejudge gets hit in the nuts by a wild Bracciali serve. He has to be replaced and Bracciali gets his first serve back, but loses the point anyway.
QF: (3) Jamie Murray & John Peers (AUS) CR 122 vs Roberto Bautista & Daniel Gimeno (ESP/ESP) CR 470
Bautista Agut just retired in his singles match so Jamie and John might well get a walkover.
It's beginning to look very much as though they have (their match should have followed the Brunström/Klaasen-Mergea/Rosol match & probably have finished by now), in which case:
SF: Facundo Bagnis (ARG) & Jamie Delgado CR 183 vs (3) Jamie Murray & John Peers (AUS) CR 118
Jamie M & JP are now the only seeds left in the draw after the second seeds, Brunström & Klaasen, crashed out to Mergea & Rosol in straight sets!
