With my pharmacists hat on boost your immune system with 1g ( 1000mg ) vit c daily per 10 years of your age .
So if 20 years old :
500mg every 6 hours because ascorbic acid is highly water soluble and washed out by the kidneys , take it every six hours to keep the body's cells saturated with this powerful anti oxidant

wishing everyone on here all the regulars a happy christmas and a great new year, i will come on here and answer questions and try to fill you guys in on whats going on from the otherside of the tennis court as and when i can.
Leave for australia on christmas day and things pre season have been progressing well.
Weather out here is absolutely fantastic, no wonder that the majority of players like haas and dimitrov etc have come out here to train as well.
First stop hopman cup, then sydney and then the australian open, ill be sure to take my zinc !!
Wishing you all the best for a festive season and hoping 2014 is a successful one for Sloane and yourself. Hugs to your mum as well. She is an inspiration.
Thanks, Fitzy - wishing you a happy Christmas and successful 2014 too. Who'd have thought 12 months ago that you'd be where you are now! I wonder what the next 12 months will bring.
Best wishes to your mum too, it must be very tough for her, and for you having to be so far away.

So it seems like Paul Annacone is going to travel to Australia after all. Mentions working as a team with Fitzy and the fitness trainer.
Also I could be wrong since its probably subject to change and the graphic flashed up so quickly I don't trust myself to say with 100% certainty, but i'm pretty sure the order of play at the Hopman Cup had 'Fitzpatrick' playing mixed doubles with Sloane following Isner's withdrawal. Pretty cool if its true!
Edit: But, if it was meant to happen it might not now since Sloane just retired against Kvitova after showing the trainer her wrist.

Apparently the Sloane/Fitzy mixed doubles really was meant to happen because Isner was injured, but sadly Sloane getting injured too put paid to that plan.

I am presuming that the Hopman Cup isn't particularly strict on nationality qualification, unless Fitzy's neglected to tell us something.
They probably are strict re. the initial teams but apparently an Aussie pair played the doubles rubber for the US in the end, so if a player is injured I think the idea is just to get a match on court for the spectators.
