Surprisingly close match. I had expected an easy win for Ashley.

16-year-old Barkai won a Q v Q match in R1 so will hopefully be less of a handful for Ash than George was!

 guessing the close score is a result of them both being british and good friends and have practised together for years so they will know each others game well

Based on his excellent form from GB and his kindly draw in a rather weak tournament, I'd be very surprised if Ashley didn't reach the final without dropping another set. At that stage it's anyone's to win. I really think this is a superb chance to pick up back to back $10k tournament wins, and it cant be too often we say that about 21 year old Brits.
