Oh dear... did someone say on another thread that Jess is considering joining her sister Stateside?

Yes, it was brought up, although obliquely as a hypothetical, in scottie1's informative round up on quite a few players following Edinburgh $10K.

Natasha Hillyer has picked up her first point winning 6-0 6-1 against a player that came through the qualifiers.

That's Natasha's first WTA point since 2007, when she was ranked just outside the top 1000 - she didn't play any ITFs for 5 years from Nov 2007-Nov 2012.

Think Jess is debating british university- namely Bath... or continuing along the full time route... she may have eligibility issues trying to go to the states since they have tightened up their rules in the last couple of years

Natasha first needs to get to forte.

Competitive set though, and far more so than I would have thought given the long absence and ranking difference.
Bit more here, and who knows...
