Anne is trying to break a run of 10 straight losses on clay and it's really not going very well

3-6 1-4*

I think it's time for Anne and Elena to chuck it. They ll never be back top 100 that's for sure. They've had good careers though coaching the way forward for them I think.

Harsh and wrong in my opinion. Anne and Elena may or may not make the top 100 again but I am sure they still have some good moments left in their careers (hopefully several!). What harm is there to play on another 6, 12, 18 months giving their all to be a pro tennis player on the tour? They be a long time retired looking back on their careers and I think its right for any player to retire only when they have got nothing left to give and these two clearly have.

Very harsh, Anne has already proved she can still compete winning a 50K in France. She is more than capable of getting back into the top 100. The women's game isn't that strong.

Elena just needs more match and then you will see her moving back up the rankings.

We also need them for Fed Cup cover as Tara, Sam, Lisa need to buildup experience and consistency.
