These two have met once before, in AO qualifying in 2009, Naso winning 5 & 4.

James is yet to play in the northern hemisphere this year (Chennai qualifying finished on 31 December, if I remember right) but is getting closer - Ecuador, as its name in Spanish implies, is on the equator and Salinas is just 2 degrees south.
