Given how long ago Fitzy tweeted that, it seems crazy that the draw isn't online yet - Tennis Europe still only has the qualifying draw as does ITF and on the ATP site, the main draw link takes you to the qualifying draw as it was before any results were filled in!

I noticed the same problem on the ATP site.  I am also amazed that they have a qualifying draw of 128 and they don't start until the Saturday.  It seems as though there won't be any main draw matches until Weds.

Also, is there a problem with the GB Tennis website ?  Or maybe with freewebs.com  I haven't been able to access it for a couple of hours or more.

Edit

Cancel that.  I have just seen your comment in the other thread.  I thought for a while it was just me having problems.

Gotta wonder what the logic is playing in Portugal when a run of home 10ks are coming up particularly as it looks likely for 0 or 1 or 2 points at the most.

i suspect a mixture of hoping for weak fields and the fact that it is fairly accessible and cheap to get to.

Fitzy could certainly do with some wins. 49 of his current 65 ranking points are due to come off before the end of May.

I also think that part of the reason for Fitzy choosing Portugal is that he is now working with Soto Tennis on the Costa del Sol and so the trip up to Faro is only a 4 hour drive.
