Lots of rain in Chennai today by the looks of it - just one match completed, the match before Wardy's still in the 2nd set ... and it's already nearly 7.30 pm there.

QR1: (q7) James Ward WR 250 beat Pierre-Hugues Herbert (FRA) WR 257 by 5 & 4
QR2: (q7) James Ward WR 250 beat Saketh Myneni (IND) WR 384 by 3-6 6-3 6-4

FQR: (q7) James Ward WR 250 v Prakash Amritraj (IND) WR 549 (CH 154 in 2009)

Amritraj beat Myneni 4 & 2 in that Futures Final in Pune in November. James has played him once before, at the Rimouski Challenger in November 2008, winning 6-1 4-2 ret. The Indian was out injured for 2 years from Aug 2010 to Aug 2012 so is undoubtedly playing better than his current ranking would suggest.

The new scoreboard again looks good and I will enjoy it on my phone but keeps jumping to the match on the main court so you can only watch Wardy in miniature.
