Michon beat Fitzy and George Morgan in the QFs & SFs on his way to the Herzlia Final in March.

L16: Toby Martin WR 816 v (1) Axel Michon (FRA) WR 399 (CH 246 in Apr)
L16: (7) Richard Gabb WR 788 v Tal Goldengoren (ISR) WR 1325 (CH 1034 in May, 16yo)
L16: Joshua Jones WR 1035 v (5) Wesley Koolhof (NED) WR 698 (= CH)

Michon beat Fitzy and George Morgan in the QFs & SFs on his way to the Herzlia Final in March.

16yo Goldengoren's R1 win against a lucky loser ended a run of 4 losses in Futures, 2 of which were to Brits - Thornley in May & Joshua Jones last week.

Koolhof was the eventual winner last week, having thrashed Oli 2 & 0 in the QFs, though an Israeli qualifier took him to 3 sets this morning.

R1:   Cédrick Commin (FRA) & Richard Gabb WR 2792 vs Kiril Kasyanov & Joel Kincaid (USA/USA) UNR - Richard & Cédrick have been replaced by alternates.  I sincerely hope that that doesn't mean that Richard's picked up some kind of injury.

Toby Martin lost 7-6(4) 6-1 but not a great surprise there, better news is Joshua Jones is a set up against Koolhof.

Koolhof is now serving for the match but a good effort from Joshua, especially given that Koolhof gave up just 2 games to Oli last week and went on to win the title.

He's just got one of the 3rd set breaks back too! 6-4 3-6 *3-5
