I presume the formula you are using are the same as for the men? One thing I haven't seen an explanation of is exactly how you adjust the results for surface.
I'm amazed by Elena Balthacha's Ak ranking of 72. Her results in 2012 look very modest for a top 100 player.
I think that is because under this system, points don't ever 'come off' unless you lose matches, and you have to lose to lower rated players for significant changes to be made.
I think what might make for an interesting experiment is what would happen if you only took the last X years (e.g. 3 years) matches into account - i.e. reset every player to an arbitrary equal ranking 3 years ago and then rerun the process using your current formula to work out their ranking today, only looking at matches since that point in time. Because the differences in rating just after the reset would be a lot smaller under this regime, those older matches would have less impact on your rating today so making your rating more a barometer of current form than how good you were a long time ago. As to what value of X gives reasonable results...
Also, could you post the full list as a spreadsheet on Google docs?

Interesting to see how high Laura is ( and her recent victim Kim, though is the question mark the number of tournament she's played ? ) and how relatively low Anne is.
I'm amazed by Elena Balthacha's Ak ranking of 72. Her results in 2012 look very modest for a top 100 player. Off the top of my head I would have expected her to be close to Anne's 137. Not surprised that Mel, Naomi, EWS are ranked much lower by this system.
Always interesting to get a different perspective on where players actually are compared to the WTA rankings and the overall top 10 looks much more in the right order than the official rankings.
Laura's ranking reflects that she has got to British No.1 (as of Monday) through beating good players rather any any nice draws, and Venus Williams position at 8 shows the difficulty of getting back up the rankings once a player is further down (i.e. running into Kerber early in both the Olympics and US Open). Clijsters is more understandable - anyone who can take Laura to two tie-breaks must be pretty good
Bally's ranking is a surprise though - she hasn't beaten a player ranked higher than 91 in 2012, is this system also based on a 12 month period or does it work differently?
Laura at no 32, what matches has she won then ? Good to see how her great performances in sometimes not great draws show up here. She should undoubtably rise quite a bit further up the official rankings in the first half of next year ( as should Heather ), given her points spread, but some nice draws might help too.
I know we haven't got great depth in the senior women, but very interesting to see how the juniors, generally with the notable exception of Harriet Dart through their junior results, are making waves in these rankings. Jazzi Plews, in particular, has had a very promising year.
Sam Murray clearly had had quite a jump as officially too ( and continuing her good work this week ), although I see we have only 5 top 300 players in these rankings with Tara, Sam, Naomi and Lisa, who are top 300 official rankings players outside the top 300 here, indeed Lisa outside the top 400. So, not great, overall, outside the top 5, although the real senior drop-off and lack of numbers in seniors is after about the first dozen or so. After Fitzy, Nicola Slater seems to be considering at least her singles future and Anna Smith is on her way back up ( one hopes ) after injury, otherwise it is generally the young uns.
Hopefully quite a number of them ( at least the very promising ones ) will manage to avoid the Borwell college snare in the coming years, good though I am sure it is for some, if only because Steven has a top 25 table to fill up !
I see one GB top 20 player, inside the world top 1000, is not far off ranked 2500 here, which I am afraid is much closer to the truth.
