Week 33 - ATP Masters Series Cincinnati - Hard (Doubles)

R1: Jonathan Marray / Frederik Nielsen (DEN) WR 47 v Lukasz Kubot / Janko Tipsarevic (POL/SRB) WR 109

R1: Colin Fleming / Ross Hutchins WR 56 v Juan Sebastian Cabal / Bruno Soares (COL/BRA) WR 64

If they make it through Marray and Nielsen would play thirds seeds Fyrstenberg and Matkowski in round 2 while Fleming and Hutchins would play seventh seeds Granollers and Lopez.

Edit:  just tidying up the spelling of a couple of names, RJA. wink

Not looking too clever at the moment:  Jonny & Freddie lost the first set by 4-6. cry

They were the better team in the second set, but the TB ran away from them.

That's that in the doubles, then:

R1:  Colin Fleming & Ross Hutchins WR 56 lost to Juan Sebastián Cabal & Bruno Soares (COL/BRA) WR 64 by 4 & 4 cry

Cabal and Soares played well against Lopez and Granollers, too (though losing in TB) Scariest result so far, though, was the Bryans' 1 and 0 30 minute win. Ouch. Just as well that Wawrinka and Nieminen are well-respected players of long standing. Something like that could be quite devastating if you were just starting out!
