I thought that would be a good idea given how much you post there, so if you want to edit, rename or move something you don't now have to wait for one of the others to do it.

By the way, do people like the new quick reply feature ?

Hmm, like all activeboard "improvements", this one giveth with one hand and taketh away with the other:

The formatting seems to have gone to pot: I can't get colours and bolds working anymore.  Also, although I Love the ability to click on which page within a thread I want to get to, rather than use the drop- down list, It doesn't work properly for the "Recent Posts" view... ho- hum!

I like the new quick reply. And Rob I can get colours/formatting etc just by using the old reply mechanism rather than the quick reply box.

Ok, my apologies. I saw that the option was still there and it worked whilst writing the post and assumed it wouldn't change between writing and posting. How strange! It's also mucked up the quoting mechanism and i really don't like this new system meaning you can't tell when the quotation ends.

The really annoying thing is that the colours work on preview! but vanish when the post appears - at least that happened earlier, I deleted my post as it didn't make sense without the colour showing. For instance, this should be in red bold.

And on preview it is, but very probably not, when the message appears. I wish Activeboard would stop fiddling!

Okay, I am trying this having unticked the "use advanced editor"

This should be in red bold

It originally brought up a script box to enter the text, but it was not possible to have colour and bold at the same time; I have now tried it using the [ b ] etc instructions, just typing them in.

Well that worked on preview, let's see what happens when I post!

Edit: EUREKA!

Just tried again to colour-code the Memphis entry list, using Firefox instead of IE.  Still no joy - it all looks fine in preview, but comes up in plain black, non-emboldened in the message.

GGGGrrrrrr!!!.

I suppose I could do it using the method in my last post, but it would frankly take too long, I have other things to do tonight and must get them sorted before Andy's match at 11!

I am working on a new banner for March.....loosely based on Andys shedule but may incl a hint of Jamie Murray !!!

Then a week prior to the DC tie I will do a new DC tie banner.

Just to let you know our application has been recieved by the LTA and should get a media pack out two weeks prior to the tie.
